The name says it all. Because we adore chocolates, we made our own version of the cake that proudly bears that name. The biscuit, which is so rich and reminiscent of a brownie, will impress you! No less our homemade salty caramel ganache, roasted peanuts and white chocolate mousse with Rok’s peanut butter. What is good is not bad!
For the very best experience, we recommend storing your cake in a box in a refrigerator so it doesn't take on flavours from other foods there. We all know all too well that cake that tasted like onions isn't really the best cake, right? :) When ready to eat, place it on the kitchen counter on room temperature for approximately 15 minutes (time may vary depending on the outside temperatures and it might take longer in the cold winter months) and allow the flavours to come to life. Trust us, it's worth the wait.
