Delivery Information

Once upon a time there were cakes, but not so ordinary, so ... Emazing. And since the word about them also reached far behind 9 mountains and 9 waters, they decided to go on a long journey ... Long story short. Here are a few words about not exactly the most classic package delivery, for which just a “fragile” sticker and recommended delivery is not enough.


We have been testing methods of sending sweets by mail for a long time, because no one is actually doing it yet in Slovenia. You can probably think - it's not even a bit simple :) Food that is perishable, made from fresh ingredients, must be stored at a suitable temperature so that it does not spoil. And as if that’s not enough, we now put these ingredients into insanely beautiful desserts that need to stay like that all the way to the finish! Pretty much fucked up if we consider how the delivery services handle packages, right?


Well, we have found the most optimal solution to this problem. Shipping our sugars in refrigerated packaging that is not only biodegradable, innovative and convenient, but also reusable. Interesting? Keep reading! 



We pack our sugars in a nice gift box, adapted for sending by mail. We wrap the cakes like a sandwich, the cupcakes get their own box to protect them from damage, the macaroons go in clear bags and the cakepopsicles / donuts / other sugars also get their safe place in the box. The box is then wrapped in biodegradable packaging made of super thermal insulation - recycled wool, which is tightly closed. Inside, however, we hide two frozen cooling gels (you know, those penguins we have to cool our ankles and beer in a picnic basket?) That keeps the sweets at a suitable temperature for 24 hours. Then we close everything in cardboard packaging, throw on your data and hand over the package to the delivery service. The next day the package is with you. You need to make sure you are at home upon delivery. Upon receipt, the packaging must be opened and the desserts immediately placed in the refrigerator. We recommend that you wait at least 4 hours before eating them to get them to the right temperature. Yeah I know, the hardest challenge will be waiting for these 4 hours. But come on, a bit of firm will :) What then? Yeah, nothing, all you have to do is sweeten up to the point of exhaustion! Oh, the best part? Ok we're lying, it's not the best part, but it's a very good plus! Cooling gels are reusable. Place them in the freezer and use as needed. Hopefully this need will be more for chilling beer than a twisted ankle :)


We have invested a lot of time, research and deep thinking (in the meantime got some new grey hair) in the goal of providing safe and cold enough packaging to allow our creations to go such a long way. But without this packaging, our creations would not be able to travel to all those for whom the way to us (Bled, Slovenia) is impossible. Due to the special nature of this packaging, the cost of delivery is also "special". But you know what - in the end it still pays off ;)
